Can you help me with a cancelation or refund?

Alternatively, if you are already logged in to AI Dungeon, click or tap on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen, then go to Settings → Membership. From there, you can change, manage, or cancel your existing plan.
If you’re dissatisfied with your current subscription period, email support@latitude.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. If you forgot to cancel and stopped using AI Dungeon, contact us and we can review your account for a refund back to your last active date.
Note that if you subscribed through Apple, you’ll need to request a refund through Apple, as their policy doesn’t allow us to handle those refunds ourselves.
