Help! I can’t access my subscription!
AI Dungeon subscriptions and purchases are offered through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Stripe.
Google and Apple subscriptions must be managed through those platforms. Stripe subscriptions can be managed through play.aidungeon.com/pricing.
However, if you are having app-store related issues, you can try these steps:
- On the app, tap on your profile picture to access your settings.
- Tap on the "Restore Subscription" button.
- Once the restoration process is complete, you should no longer see "Wanderer" below your name.
- If you still see it, sign out of your account and then sign back in to ensure the changes take effect.
