LatiBot Discord Bot Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Latitude, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") collects and uses information through LatiBot, an internal staff tool we operate on our Discord server. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which continues to apply. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own privacy policy.

Updating This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time. If we make changes that are material, we will use reasonable efforts to attempt to provide notice to you. Any updated version takes effect when posted.

LatiBot's Collection and Use of Information

At the request of a member of our staff, LatiBot accesses message content, usernames and the roles a member holds over an encrypted connection, only to the extent that request requires. We use this to administer and moderate our Discord server.

Nothing LatiBot accesses is stored, shared with third parties, sold, or used to train AI models.
